Founder

Aelite Senior Home Care's founder and Executive Director, Drew Samparani, graduated with a Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California.

As a student, he participated in the composition and implementation of a grant chartered to assist at-risk and developmentally disabled students transition from intermediate schools to mainstream junior high. Mr. Samparani interned at the Outpatient Rehabilitation Unit of Desert Hospital in Palm Springs, California, specializing in hand and wrist injuries, and served as a resident therapist in the Acute Rehab Unit of the Brotman Medical Center in Culver City, California.

Mr. Samparani established his practice in the Home Health setting over a decade ago, founding Aelite Senior Home Care (formerly Caring Companions) in 2002. His focus of Home Health Therapy is to train caregivers on how to best assist their patients in recovering from illness or injury, improving function and facilitating independence, while maximizing their quality of life, well-being and comfort.
