If you are interested in joining Aelite Senior Home Care, the following requirements must be met:

• 1 year of experience working with the senior population
• Valid Social Security Number
• Current California ID or Driver's License
• 3 professional references
• Proof of citizenship
• 8 hours of continuing education provided by Aelite Senior Home Care must be completed before first placement.
• Aelite Care conducts nation wide background checks. A 25.00 fee is deducted from the employee's first payroll check.
